Per consegnarti il denaro c’è bisogno di pagare un notaio e/o le spese di qualcosa del genere.
Ti spillano i soldi e spariscono.

Mah. Dello stesso fornitore di accesso (ZX Factory, http://www.zx.nl/ ) risulta anche un altro sito, tale http://www.bankgiroloterij.nl/ il quale invece risulta un sito di lotterie bancarie (per quanto ho capito quello che hai dato e’ un sito di lotterie per codici postali. Entrambi mi sembrano un ottimo scam e difficilmente chiarificatori [d’altronde per maggiori informazioni invitano a chiamare i numeri (900) 300 1500 oppure (900) 300 1600 (e che caso…) che sono equivalenti dei nostri italiani 899]; peraltro al whois risultano intestati a societa’ materialmente diverse (una di Amsterdam ed una di Rotterdam).
Comunque sono d’accordo con frap1964, lo scam classico e’ quello di chiederti un versamento di qualche genere, e la lotteria del codice postale e’ citata un po’ in giro fra i siti di scam. In caso di dubbi, puoi sempre contattare info@zx.nl che e’ il provider che ospita il sito, almeno per sapere se e’ stata fatta qualche altra segnalazione (ps: in Olanda parlano molto bene inglese, per fortuna…)

E’ come dice frap1964, con il pretesto di farti pagare alcuni “oneri finanziari”, quelli che vincono sono loro.

prima dell’avvento dell’e-mail giravano già truffe del genere via fax
certo che con l’e-mail la diffusione è sempre maggiore.
di solito pero’ l’ingrediente più importante è … la voglia del truffato di credere che qualcuno sta per farti ricco.
Di solito ti propongono di partecipare a qualcosa di poco pulito (così non puoi chiedere informazioni) ma lucroso, ti chiedono un piccolo anticipo e ……

Il sito risulta listato su diversi portali di frodi, se cerchi ad esempio “nationale postcode loterij scam” trovi il sito listato su diversi siti antifrode…
… prova a contattarli per ritirare il premio, usando un email sacrificale magari (se vuoi contattarmi in e-mail ti attivo un alias che vada su qualcosa ad esempio su bugmenot) e se nel giro di due messaggi ti dicono che devi versare l’imposta di bollo, la ritenuta d’acconto la miseria di suo nonno in carriola, avrai la tua conferma della truffaldinita’ della cosa… (-:

Che sia una truffa sembra abbastanza chiaro, basta fare una ricerca su google “truffa lotterie”, c’è un’ampia letteratura in proposito, qualche link esplicativo:

Ciao a me successa una cosa simile!!!!
praticamente dovevo ritirare 70.000 euro una vincita della lotteria Mega mioliomaria U.S.A
dovevo contattare l’usciere di giustizia Korn Roberto Maxime e dargli i dati miei bancari per fare il versamento
Ho dato i dati
lui dopo un giorno mi ha risposto che era stato alla lotteria per avere il consenso del versamento. Gli avevano detto che dovevo praticamente sborsare 700 euro perchè le 70.000 euro erono bloccate in un conto
e per fare il versamento sul mio conto bisognava dare un per cento della somma;) ahahhahhahhahhahaha
Dopo di che io gli ho risposto che non li avevo e se lui me le poteva anticipare:)ahahhahh
che gliele avrei ridate con gli interessi dopo che avevo ritirato le 70.000 euro
Poi una sera esausto dei messaggi attraverso e-mail mi ha telefonato dicendo almeno da quello che posso aver capito!! che non parlava italiano ,cazzo un usciere di giustizia che vive per le diritti umani del suo paese non spiaccica neanche un po’ d’italiano o inglese o francese che ne so usa la fantasia.
Poi comunque ho fatto anche delle ricerche su internet su questo personaggio Dott.
MAXIME del palazzo di giustizia Mah!!!!! non ho trovato nulla….chissà perchè
